As a nominated supplier via 3663 we sourced mixed tin cut peppers for Pizza Express. This was for their toppings for the Pizza. This was with our newly launched own label Litto.  

We were mandated to supply all Pizza Express branches in the UK. The supply was well received by the development chef due to the reduction in costs.  There was an added reduction in labour costs as the peppers were pre-prepared and ready to go into preparation process .
