Cardarello Consulting is the brainchild of Salvatore Cardarello a self proclaimed foodie who adores food in every aspect.

Hailing from Italy he has over 40 years in both restaurants and wine business. Salvatore has experience with companies from Ciborio, Salvo, importers of Italian Food and wines to the multinational companies like House of Hallgarten est. 1933 specialists in wines around the world.

Salvatore worked with known ready meal producers such as Backkavor, Montana Bakery and Heathrow bakery and Panificio Italiano Chefs development executive from companies like Pizza Express, Six Continents, Mitchells & Butlers, chefs with Michelin star chef as Gordon Ramsey even being invited to be part in the “F” Word.

Salvatore has used this knowledge to study the UK’s market and products imported from overseas. This is why Salvatore will support you during all projects from the first request quotations to the purchasing process and expand your food portfolio.
